You explained that my emails some how went to spam but only twice did I get a response. Because of you and how you handled this complaint is the reason my review has changed. Just a heads-up on other complaints I have seen that yes if you are a player from the USA you will have to use a VPN and change your location to Germany and that will allow you more games to play, not all but quite a few more than none at all.
