They don’t ignore questions or issues, which is a big plus.As for downsides? I’d say most of the problems come from shady platform operators rather than the site itself. This is the first time I've used to casino guru for disputes and reviews. I was advised by a friend both of us were skeptical but I was so wrong. My dispute took a while and when the casino said that they did not agree with the decision not to pay I lost all hope I thought well atleast I gave it a go. When all hope is lost I receive an email from the casino. Their decision changed and they have agreed to fix it. For anyone that feels like they haven't done anything wrong. I stronger recommend going through casino for disputes. Because they will try their best to give you the best outcome.
