Avoid at all costs! I am owed a lot of money from this online casino, it has been almost a month and I’m still waiting. Customer service is an absolute joke, they either say we are waiting for an update or they ignore you completely, just depends what mood they are in I think. They have disconnected the phone lines due to the pandemic apparently, so I can not actually speak to anyone. Although the strange thing is, someone actually called me from this company requesting ID documents - so they lie too.

I enjoy the casino. One thing that could make the experience better is not taking the spins out of the balance of the bonus. In other words why say you are giving free spins when the amount is taken out of the bonus you are giving. I understand that it is all a given bonus but it is confusing and a bit misleading. Why not just give a lower bonus percentage and add free spins without taking it out of the awarded bonus. Also, why can't I add funds with a bonus until a previous bonus is played through.
