Really poor customer service tried to close my account with online chat but they said I had to email. 20 emails and 1 week later still no reply.customer online chat apparently can't close the account but said they will inform the 'appropriate team' 10 times.still my account is open!!!

Won a few hundred on the September promo games. Sadly Max cash out because some of it was won as a result of finishing in the top of the leaderboard, Max cash out was only a hundred bucks though most of it, albeit not all, was won outside of or the tournament who's was highly disappointing because everything over 100 disappeared upon redemption request. It did take well over a week to receive said hundreds, though they stayed they are having issues with their company that transfers the funds. But I did receive them after a wait

Unlike other online gaming platforms, the people behind Scrooge give back to their community and campaign for justice. Sometimes you'll win, sometimes you'll lose.. but I at least feel better knowing that if I don't win, that my money is potentially going towards a good cause, instead of helping some millionaire CEO buy another Mercedes Benz.
