Customer service with BitPlay has always been great. Actually have two people that I would like to mention and that's Victor and Salva. Since bit play offers so many different bonuses I sometimes get confused and send in the wrong bonus information. Victor and Salva both took the time to find the bonuses for me and apply them. In both instances I forgot that they were fees involved with Bitcoin I'm still working on it and they were both nice enough to go back in reorder the links for me. I really enjoy a bit play and all the options that there are available. It's super easy just available 24/7 and there have been no problems for me I've been with them for quite some time for over a year and a half 2 years maybe. I definitely enjoy using the play. Just signed up went through process of verification and for no reason they have now a few hours later said my account is banned and I cannot log in. My guess is they just wanted my info with no intention of letting me play.
