Friday 6 September 2024Hello Y'all! I just finished this long, and drawn on Chat Session with my BitOfGold Chat Agent, Myles. It is my first WITHDRAWAL, and it was on VEGAS X. Okay, from what I read with the supplied information beautifully done for the Player/Consumer to read about the Gaming Platform, and the DEPOSITS, and WITHDRAWALS, 2x the Players Deposit, and 7x the amount needed to remove my Winnings from VEGAS X, and do a WIRHDRAWAL. I saw the "OUT" on VEGAS X, and said nothing. Always been a Need of mine to be able to do my first WITHDRAWAL from VEGAS X. I'll be a you-know-what, looked down at the amount, and !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did it! Humm. Looked around, really!! Humm? I was out of there faster than I ever thought. HA! My Winnings cleared the "OUT". I requested a WITHDRAWAL IN 9-4-2024 for $75. That was explained to me, my limit for a WITHDRAWAL. And mind you, a Time Clock telling me when I can doy next WITHDRAWAL. Just so you know, I did a couple DEPOSITS during the time my WITHDRAWAL was being processed for approval. Now, understand this, I asked for my total amount of my Winnings to be Withdrawn so that BitOfGold would not absorb my Winnings. Nope. Wouldn't hold onto it either. It was a $75.00 WITHDRAWAL per 24 hours. I requested my 2nd WITHDRAWAL for $75.00. It was Declined. All ends all here because I made a 3rd request for a $75.00 WITHDRAWAL. I was told that my request would be Declined. Now I am awaiting contact by BitOfGold to be in Telephonics conversation. We are going to be able to discuss this to where we both can say what we have to say, and us both being able to respond correctly, not by texting in chat, incorrectly. I do thank you for your helping me, Myles. Quite invigorating! HA! I am new at this. Specifically, WITHDRAWAL. Let's do this learning thang. I will greatly benefit from my conversation with BitOfGold. I do know that. "Thank You, Everybody"!

Alright, so real story. I did one of the promotion matches they offer, I put in $100 and got 450$ in promotional $$. So $550 total, believe it or not, wound up at around 12K by the time I played through the required 26K in spins to finish my promotion. However, I did buy some bonus features that cost more than the 10$ or 15$ per spin limit. Anyway. I got an email a few days later and they honored my withdrawal regardless of me breaking the spin limit, I wound up pulling about 4K out off 100$. There "terms and conditions" for their promotions are absolute BS and designed to screw people. So pay attention before using them. Overall, my experience was positive. They did pay me on time, I just wish there was a little more clarity. They also remove the promotional $$ from your withdrawal. So they gave me $450 and then took it back....so really they just wanted me to put $$ in that I'd likely never be able to get back out, lucky for me, I wasnt going to quit on my $100 until it was 0.
