Well, it started off cute and sweet. Until I won at that point, it became extremely hard to acquire an agent to speak with, and they are choosing to take a full seven days to even verify my account and refuse to provide any updates. Any logical responses. They give the usual stalling tactics such as will notify you by email when a decision has been made or an update is available for your account complete and utter shenanigans as usual as they’ve become known to behave.
